By accessing or using PrivaSend, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What PrivaSend Is

PrivaSend is a PHI redaction tool that de-identifies documents before they are sent to third-party AI models. We are not a medical device, a covered entity under HIPAA, or a legal compliance certifier. We provide tooling designed with HIPAA Safe Harbor de-identification principles in mind.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use PrivaSend only for lawful purposes. You must not upload content you do not have the right to process. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service. PrivaSend is intended for healthcare professionals and small medical practices in the United States.

4. No Medical or Legal Advice

PrivaSend does not provide medical, legal, or compliance advice. Nothing in this service constitutes a guarantee of HIPAA compliance. You remain responsible for your organization's compliance obligations.

5. Limitation of Liability

PrivaSend is provided as-is. We are not liable for any breach, data loss, or regulatory penalty arising from your use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to any claim.

6. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
